Impact whey protein (salted caramel)
I am absolutely obsessed with the impact whey salted caramel protein. I’ve tried many proteins over the years but this one is by far my favourite! It mixes so well and the taste is amazing! It’s now my everyday go to protein. I mix it in with my overnight oats daily. I have tried drinking it as a shake but I personally am not a fan of drinking protein shakes but I love it in my oats recipe! I will continue to buy this protein powder and may even try the other flavours as I’m sure they are all as good as the salted caramel!

Everyday staple!
100% pure collagen. Have been using this daily for months & defo noticed a diff with my nails. Wouldn’t use anything else now. I use unflavoured so that a scoop goes in my coffee every morning - collagen with the added bonus of some protein too!

I have been using this genuine good quality prduct since 2020. Started using while in Sri Lanka and continued to use after coming to the UK an year ago. Always delivered quickly. Has a wide range of tastes to choose from.

Vanilla Whey
Great whey protein. The vanilla doesn’t taste chemical at all and mixes really well. I prefer adding slightly less water and some ice to get a thicker liquid.
