Great product
Best casein that I tried so far. Cheap when you buy in a lot and if you buy lots of times you rather buy more in one go. Mixes well with water or milk, optimum for protein shakes, for me vanilla or unflavoured is the best option.

Casein pudding
Mix with milk until you get a nice smooth consistency, pop in the fridge, my evening staple. Feels like having a dessert, add some toppings if you’re feeling creative. Goes Well With:Milk

We need more flavor!! Chocolate hater
Every thing was good except the flavor 😡 I don’t like chocolate flavor and hopefully find vanilla flavor soon. Goes Well With:Yogurt, cheese, milk, cake, oats

Amazing taste
Amazing taste, easy to digest before night sleep. Goes Well With:I’ll mix 1 scoop with coconut milk and frozen banana or frozen strawberries.

Easy mixing with water, but with milk better on the taste, but mixing with milk not very well .in the bottle of shake left some small pieces of the protein.

Good as an ingredient
Definitely nicer than expected - got the plain flavour and mixed with 300ml lactose free milk and some vanilla flat drops it’s a bit like a vanilla milkshake. Helps a lot after getting back into lifting weights which was making me achey. This really helps alleviates the two day later soreness. Does leave a bit of a film on your teeth if you don’t let it settle from the mixer bottle but overall does the job. An easy add to breakfast smoothies, adding nut butter helps the overall texture and taste. leaving it to settle for a few mins also helps with texture. Goes Well With:Peanut butter, vanilla flav drops, Greek yogurt, milk

Mixes well, likes to foam
This stuff is great, it's quite powdery compared to whey and will form clouds if given a chance, so don't be too rough with the bag. It mixes into water really fast, but does like to form a head when shaken (it's milk protein, this is to be expected) . I've been mixing a scoop of this with a scoop of chocolate flavoured whey, as the chocolate flavours often contain some form of lecithin to help it mix, and this effectively reduces the foaming to the point that it is a non-issue.Goes Well With:Chocolate flavour whey, or any others that contain a lecithin.

Quite thick & chalky but vanilla tastes great
On first impressions the powder is quite thick & chalky. It does mix nicely, the vanilla flavour and fullness is satisfying and fills you up nicely in the evening. As long as you’ve trained on the day of eating or drinking it, I'd say it’s well worth worth it and great eating it mixed with porridge. Goes Well With:Warm porridge oats and water

Great bedtime protein
I grabbed this because I often struggle to fall asleep if I'm not feeling full and I prefer to make that bedtime top up some extra protein. I usually mix it with semi skimmed milk and it just makes it taste really creamy. Also good with a sprinkle of chocolate milk mix for flavor (and to reduce foaming).Goes Well With:Chocolate milk mix and semi skimmed milk.

Great way to get my protein
I use this in my custard on top of blueberry crumble and it tastes great. I add cinnamon for flavour, along with Erythritol for sweetness
