Really good guide
4This is a really good guide for your intake requirements. It’s all information available online but unless you know what you’re looking for then this guide is really worth buying. 4 stars as it could do with more content. Overall recommend buying to work out you intake requirements very simple to work out using this guide.

5I normally hate the taste of protein shakes. Every time I have purchased one after reading raving reviews I’m usually quite disappointed that I didn’t feel the same and obviously if you don’t like the product then you’re less likely to drink it. Not with this one though. Bought the cranberry and raspberry flavour and it’s like drinking juice. No stodge, no powdery after taste. Definitely A MUST have!!
