Pretty awful taste
I don't write many reviews ever but previously I've only bought the chocolate and natural flavours of this pea protein. The natural can be mixed with other things and not affect the taste too much. Chocolate is brown but there is nothing that tastes like chocolate in it at all but is perfectly palatable. I decided to try the salted caramel and strawberry flavours. Salted caramel again there's a struggle to really identify what it is. One time there's a saltines to it another time a savoury flavour. The strawberry was the main reason for writing this review. It is awful. Not even like a strawberry cream chocolate, it's nothing like strawberry but you know it's a strawberry sweet, this protein powder leaves a terrible, nauseous after taste after each swallow and there is nothing about it that comes even vaguely close to strawberry. I've attempted to mix it with different things with milk, putting sugar in, even mixing a small amount with another flavour pea protein but nothing hides it, it's truly vile and I would wholly recommend avoiding strawberry.

Great, easy to drink protein
I find regular vegan shakes can be too heavy on my stomach, leaving me feeling sick. This one is great, because it's just like having a drink - it doesn't get thick like other shakes, and keeps the same consistency as water. The only downside to this is that if you're hungry, it won't fill you up. The chocolate flavour is my favourite, and not too sweet. Added bonus that it's made from upcycled plant by-products! The only reason I give it 4 stars not 5 is because it's very expensive.

Easy to digest
Great alternative to Whey if you have a sensitive stomach - no bloating or anything, seems easy to digest. Tastes decent too!

The worst so far
Taste and how it dissolves are very bad. Wouldn’t recommend it to try and will stick to usual whey protein instead.

Get any other protein
Tried this for the price and bc I’m not great with lactose. It could be a limitation of pea protein itself but it’s vile and I’m stuck with 2.5kg. It smells and tastes like sweet cardboard, doesn’t mix properly, and turns into a horrible thicc sludge if you shake it. It’s so disgusting.

Alternative for typical whey protein
Bit hesistant to try it in the beginning but I gave it a try apart from taki g typical whey isolate. Delivery was super fast. Cost competitive compared to regular protein products. Texture- I live it personally, thick but when you take it its smooth. I love peas but doesn’t taste peas at all. I feel more full and it fills you up more. Taste is not too bad I had chocolate flavor and I like how its not sweet at allGoes Well With:Lactose free milk , Almond milk, cold water
