5I bought these to improve my nails and skin. Admittedly, my skin and nails are fine, but upon using this product, my nails and skin were in even better condition. I noticed that my hair felt better too. I started using another Collagen product but do not feel it has worked as well as this one, so I've bought it again. I would recommend this product to improve the condition of your skin, nails and hair. I swallow the capsules either with porridge or milk.

5As a woman of a certain age I had read that collagen supplements may help. Within a week I could see the positive effects most especially on my nails which were very weak, within 4 weeks my joint pain has significantly reduced, my hair is looking better and my skin too

5I notice such a difference in my nails after taking these for a couple of days. I also take for an additional collagen boost as I dont produce enough but seeing results on the outside helps me to know they work.

5This product I was on the fence about buying due to the high range over the internet, but I highly recommend this product I have only been taking it for 6 days now so I can’t say I see a massive difference yet but that will come with duration of the supplement. However I do feel a lot better in myself and boosted my confidence to get back into training
