These gummies taste great I look forward to them everyday. And they also do what they are mean to. Hair skin and nails all so much better since taking regular. It wasn’t until I ran out once month and didn’t repurchase again for a while that I realised how well these actually work, as I noticed my skin and nails getting brittle and dull. I've been taking these gummies for 2 months now and my nails have never been stronger. I've never been able to grow my nails without builder gel. I haven't needed any gel over the last 2 months, so strong and growing so quickly! However, I haven't noticed any changes to my skin or hair( maybe i need to take them for longer to see the effects of this). But this product is worth it for the nail strength on its own!

Noticeable difference
