5I absolutely LOVE these gummies. Working in healthcare and having to wash my hands a lot more often than normal my nails have always been really brittle and break but since taking these my nails have been so strong. Goes Well With:Multivitamin gummies

Skin hair and nails
5I’d been using these for a few months and then stopped using them. I noticed a huge difference once I’d stopped and have since started ordering them again. My hair is in such better quality when taking the gummies. They taste nice and the offers on the site mean they’re great value too.

Best hair, skin and nails products EVER
5Have been taking these religiously for the last three months and even the hair dresser has complimented me on the change in my hair! Thicker, longer, shinier! As for my skin, I'm not even breaking out during 'that time of the month'. And my BIAB nails can't go longer than two weeks because of the growth. I've always had chubby stumpy main nails! Best product ever!!Goes Well With:Collagen gummies!

Might not be the best for sensitive stomachs
2I really love the concept of these and ordered some as soon as I saw the reviews! They taste great and definitely enjoyed taking these over a whole case of supplement pills. However after taking these consistently for two weeks, I started getting stomach cramps and my IBS flared up. I didn't link it to the vits until I forgot to take them over the weekend and my stomach is now significantly better. Great option for those with a strong gut but unfortunately not for me :(

Definitely added to my regular order
5I have been taking these for just over a month. My skin is smoother in texture and I’ve noticed loads of new hair starting to grow! I also have found my hair doesn’t get greasy as quickly?! I take one am and one pm, they taste like sweets. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for hair growing back!!
5Bought these after a recommendation. I’ve been going through cancer treatment and lost my hair as well as having very damaged nails. I started taking these once my hair started growing back and honestly, it’s never been thicker! (Not putting this solely down to the gummies, but I think they’ve helped a lot!). My nails are also starting to grow back stronger. I’ll continue taking these for a long time to come!! Goes Well With:Anything!
