Very Effective!
4The gummies overall are incredible I finished a whole course however, the gummies did not taste nice I had to force them down me but it was worth it my skin has gone so much clearer and my hair has grown quite abit.Goes Well With:I’ve been taking the calcium and magnesium capsules with these aswell and I have no issues!

5I was sceptical on these, even when reading the reviews I thought are they just paid reviews. But let me tell you, they work! I was suffering hair loss post covid like a lot of people, within a month of taking these my hair is so much thicker and has grown so much people have asked if I have extensions! Such a good price too compared to other brands. Very happy.

These are a MUST buy
5I’ve always suffered with the MOST flimsy nails and after about 3-4 weeks I really started to notice a difference. My nails are growing much faster and are by far the strongest they have ever been, they rarely split and break off anymore and can not recommend this product enough! My hair is also growing faster and isn’t falling out as much. My skin has also improved massively and heals a lot faster. 10/10 and they taste great! Goes Well With:I also take the calcium and magnesium, omega 3,6&9 and Collagen

5I got these as my hair had become very thin and straggly and keeps falling out. I was a bit sceptical but thought worth a try going on the reviews. Been using them for nearly a month alongside an A-Z multivitamin and oh my goodness I'm getting regrowth in the patchy parts. An added bonus is that my nails are even stronger too and won't stop growing 😂 Would definitely recommend this product.
