Excellent product
5I bought these after I was told my hair was going fine and see through. After 3 weeks these have my hair is thicker and my skin is clearer. An excellent product.

5I started taking these about 6 months ago, when I was fed up of constantly getting breakouts. As with any vitamin supplement, it usually takes a couple of months to notice a difference, but I am so glad I persevered. My skin has improved so much. I rarely get breakouts now and I even get complements that my skin is glowing.
