Can’t recommend enough
5Started taking these as my job is quite hands on and was sick of my nails snapping, since using my nails have grown so strong and painting them makes them look like acrylics! My hair is growing well and feels so much nicer too!

5I bought these as they were highly recommended for postpartum hair loss and I’ve noticed a difference already but the actual taste of the gummies is absolutely disgusting, I struggle to chew them every morning , I might have to get the tablet form next
