With a whole range of essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin B and selenium, it’s the perfect daily supplement for the active man, with calcium and biotin helping to keep your mind alert^3, and vitamin B5 reducing everyday tiredness.¹

Combined with natural ingredients, including panax ginseng, kelp, grape seed, and nettle leaf extract, it’s also got sea algae, and calcium to help keep your skin, hair and bones functioning normally³ — selenium supports the immune system.²

1. Vitamin B5 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

2. Selenium contributes to the normal function of both the immune system, alongside protecting the body’s cells from oxidative stress.

3. Calcium contributes to normal energy yielding metabolism, normal muscle function, neurotransmission, and needed for the maintenance of normal bones..

Consume 2 tablets daily. Best taken with food.
