5Very good size for a little protein shake or getting some pre work out in without having to drink a full bottle 250ml with your pre does the job☺️very good for in the gym bag too doesn’t take up too much room Highly recommend

5Sometimes I just feel there is no need for a big shaker and the mini one perfectly fits the bill. I use it for pre workout or my smaller shakes and they fit like a dream!
