Right size if you only take a small amount a day
5I only take a single dose of protein shake a day and I use this to mix my dosage. It's seal is nice and tight, I thought I'd have an issue keeping the wire ball clean but I was wrong and the whole shaker is easy to clean. Well worth the price.
