Appropriate size and easy to wash
5The size is perfect for a protein shake, and the ball inside allows to mix the stuff very well. The plastic sometimes absorbs the taste of the preworkout, so maybe I would suggest not to use it with it. This didn't happen with impact diet/whey proteins!

Really Handy
5As someone new to using protein supplements, this was really handy when rushing to the gym or work, it's small size makes it really effective for shaking quickly, and fitting in pretty much any bag.

Performance
5I was somewhat concerned when buying the shaker that it would leave lumps for some reason. I read through a few reviews myself and decided it was worth the purchase. When it arrived, the first thing I did was make a protein shake out of my strawberry weigh powder; i personally find the strawberry is harder to saturate the milk with than the chocolate. I shook and I shook, i immediately took a sip and inspected the shake from the sides and bottom if the shaker, it was perfect. I take my shaker to work everyday in a hurry since I only get home from school sometime beforehand and it works wonders. It has not failed me since and the seal is perfectly airtight for its purpose. Great product. Would highly recommend.

5good for keeping in your bag/in the car for emergencys! Reccomend having one for when you're out and have forgotten to plan ahead. Nice little product that mixes well on the go.

Great size and works perfectly
5I use this shaker for single-portion protein shakes and it has served me very well. It's a convenient size and I find it takes around 20 secs of shaking to get rid of all the lumps - works well every time. Some reviews I read said the lid didn't work properly but I've found it to be totally secure - it's a little stiff to pop it open but I haven't had any problems with leakage so have no complaints!
