5Shaker is a perfect size for both my pre-workout before my workout and my protein shake after my workout. The metal shaker ball helps break down lumps in the powder for a smooth drink.

5Decided to upgrade my shaker from a basic shop bought one and couldn’t be disappointed with this one. Makes shaking easy with the metal ball inside to break down the powder. Would recto family and friends etc

4It’s great for mixing protein however the lid doesn’t shut completely so you have to hold it if you’re taking it any where incase it leaks
