4Very very good for the price. it sometimes leaks from the side. (a drop of liquid) every once in a while but that is absolutely fine. The cap is very well made and feels robust. This is the best shaker you can get for the price!

Powder dissolves very well
5It’s like a little arm workout shaking which is fun and when it’s finished all the powder has dissolved really well leaving a thin and smooth drinkable liquid!
