5Good size only need to refill it a couple of times throughout gym sessions and the little metal thing in it leaves no lumps

5Very convenient to have, comes with a little silver ball which is very useful and now products such a protein powder isn’t lumpy and thick but is broken down and smooth. The bottle itself is very durable and easy to clean backing the fact it is very convenient.

5This shaker is brilliant and I use it everyday. I am so impressed by the quality and the size is just perfect!. The blue colour is refreshing and is definitely my favourite . I would 100% recommended this to anyone in need of a new shaker!.
