Not bad for the money
3Work well and have good resistance, but are noisy, after a few go's, found them to be making a load clicking noise from the spring, that is a horrible sound, found some wd40 helped, but still not great.

4The only problem is the spring, it keeps clicking whenever i squeeze it too fast. I guess it’s good as it lets me know if i’m doing it too fast, but it’s annoying sometimes.

Okay as a starter
3Reasonable quality although the spring seems to catch on the weaker tension. Wouldn’t buy if have strong grip and need larger resistance.

Great product
5This is a brilliant item as it is adjustable and great for beginners. Only problem with would be the spring can make a clicking sound but overtime mine has stopped doing this. Overall good product.

Spring attachment Broke
1The product was ok at the start, it made click noises every time it was used and then suddenly the connection to the spring broke
