Does the job and pretty cheap
As title says. Pretty standard roller. The blue is pretty nice. Bought it to help get over my runner’s knee. A month later and I’m still hobbling around like I’m a witch, but that’s not the roller’s fault. In fact, it’s helped relieve a lot of pain. So go for this if you want a good value roller.

No complaints again for myprotein 🥇
I was looking online for a good starter foam roller as this would be my first time using one. I can confidently say I would not look elsewhere for a foam roller. It has loosened up my muscles after tough workouts and left them feeling great. The size of this roller is perfect, not too short not too long. I would totally recommend this flawless product to anyone who is after a foam roller. Myprotein has got no complaints again.
