4Had long term muscle issues with my shoulder. Nothing has been able to get in and really loosen this muscle up. This little ball has managed to do the job and I’m holding it responsible for my recent PR.

5Nice ball, very good for those sore muscles in the arms and shoulders. It's nice for the legs and thighs too, but because of it's small size it's not as effective.

best for sore muscles
5This is the only thing keeping my legs from feeling like jelly. I do a lot of walking and stairs in my everyday life so when I train legs on top of it they can become very tense and they ache. This ball sorts it all out (accompanied by stretching). I've used foam rollers in the past and they didn't do anything for me. This recovery ball has been a life saver for me.

Excellent little recovery ball
5I have tried this on my shoulder and it does help with any muscle recovery, the ball is hard, but its great for those sore tight muscles.

Recovery ball
5I purchased this for getting into to the tight knots i couldn't reach myself. Very good quality, does the trick nicely for back of the shoulder blades, front delt restrictions, glutes, hamstrings, hip flexor, neck, traps! Works well over the whole body. Hits the trigger points and helps relieve restrictive movement or soreness.

Great product
5Quick and easy to use. I have bad lower back pain and just 5 mins with this after training relieves any pain. Good value too
