Never had it, get it
5Hbcd is great on the gut and is perfect for intra training. I use it specifically when cutting as an intra workout. Even if I’m really flat and low energy by about 20 mins in I’m fully going at my training and it helps keep getting stronger even though I’m in a deficit Goes Well With:Eaa’s

5I normally purchase Applied Nutrition Cyclic Dextrin but for once MyProtein has the same product at the same quantity for a cheaper price! Amazing!! It mixes well and I take intra workout. Goes Well With:Water. Whey Protein. EAAs.

Very effective for intra workouts
5I was a little bit skeptical about this product and was not sure if it was worth it compared to just using sugar. But I'm happy I've tried this product. I get sustained energy during long workouts. No head rush, just energy to lift. The flavor it's not too sweet or anything but it needs to be well diluted.Goes Well With:EAA's for the flavour.

Notice a difference
5Ive been training for 10 years now and i know my body well. I use high intensity training upper/lower split. I notice a considerable difference with my energy levels when i consume this during my workout. And because of that its helped me recover better from my training, I didn't take it a few times and defiantly noticed a drop in my energy levels in my session. Its a staple for me.
