Great for intra workout
5I use this as for my intra workout with EAA's. Great to keep me fuelled and add flav drops for a nicer taste.

Easy & digestible
4Quick & easy way to get additional carbs in. Easy to mix (though can clump very slightly unless shaken vigorously) and tasteless when mixed with squash/eaa flavours.Goes Well With:Water Squash EAA/BCAA powders

4Very effective to drive you on during a session... not the best tasting though. I mix it with flavoured creatine and it's nice then Goes Well With:Flavoured creatine

from most ive used this is not bad 4/5
5the price is good it mixes good not perfect doesnt have a taste but is goes perfect with eaa s or bcaas ribena juice a bit and a vitamin tablet mix to max out in the gym i use round 1.5 kg jug so yes i feel more pump more fresh when i finish gym and you dont have to run home to put the protien shake ready so its perfect for naturals and enhanced users i use this over 10years so no matter what you use this is a must Goes Well With:bcaa eaa ribena juice mix 0 calorie drinks and vitamax tablets

Easily digested and effective
5I add this to water and chocolate flavour isolate to have part way through my strength training with a PT. I feel, for me it does help to keep my energy levels up. It is very easily digested and has no flavour so goes well with anything, mixes well too.
