PCOS MIRACLE
5I wish more people with PCOS knew about this supplement. I was feeling extremely disheartened after gyno appointments to be told there’s nothing that can be done for PCOS other than eating no sugar. I came across an article about this supplement and I can truly say it changed my life. My brain feels more clear, my anxiety levels have decreased so much, my periods have regulated, I don’t get the crazy cravings for sugar, I just feel so much happier in life now and I can thank the inositol for that! It took a couple of weeks to start to feel the full effects but I would recommend this to EVERYONE who is suffering with PCOS. Please try it, you won’t regret it at all!!Goes Well With:Drink it while eating food , particularly breakfast. If I drink it on an empty stomach it runs through me lol

5I started taking this about 2g a day. Someday I forget someday I take 1g. The initial reason for taking this is absence of period for almost 2 years. It came back after 9 weeks. The additional benefit is that my brain fog is gone! Never knew that our head can be clear. Mixed well in warm water.

Just what is needed.
5I take this daily to help with absence of period. I took about 2g a day, missed some days. Got my period within 8 weeks. It also helps with brain fog and anxiety. Doesn't mix well in cold water. Doesn't taste anything. A bag should last you a whole year.

God sent product!
5Honestly how can I start? This product has been really good. It has helped improved my moods and period! I have PCOS, so all the ppl with pcos I deffo recommend it! Even if u don’t have it, it’s good for boosting ur energy and so worth the price tbh. Compared to other brands, this has been affordable and way worth the money. Goes Well With:Try it with hormone balance pills! I haven’t tried it yet, however I’ve ordered it. I’m currently taking inositol powder with multi vitamin pills which has helped with my period, depression and cleared up my skin more. I also feel very energetic! I do recommend exercising and having a balanced diet if u want the most out of these products

Miracle worker
5Went two years without getting pregnant and having irregular periods. First month after taking this my cycle was regulated and I was pregnant in the second month. Really believe it was down to inositol. Would 100% recommend this product! Also very easy to take in a glass of water. Goes Well With:Tasteless even in a glass of water.

Inositol for balancing hormones
5I have only been using this for over a week but can already firmly say it has reduced my cravings for any sweet/ salty unhealthy snacking. It's very easy to mix into your morning coffee/ smoothies. I haven't tried it just in water yet so would recommend mixing with a hot drink. Hair also seems a little stronger but it's too early to judge - I will definitely come back after 1 month of use to confirm effects!Goes Well With:coffee, smoothies, hot drinks

5I have been ordering inositol from my protein , last 4-5 years & never go to any other brand . It’s easy to mix in my porridge &no taste & helps with my PCOS symptoms. Goes Well With:Porridge , shake

Inositol
5I first heard about inositol on the huberman podcast and after reading the reviews on this site I took the leap and I’m glad I did. I’ve only been taking it for a few weeks and use 8 mini scoops in cranberry juice everyday; I shot it as not a fan of anything with taste of texture however I will say the is the least noticeable supplement I’ve ever taken in a drink, can’t taste it at all in cranberry juice and a quick stir before drinking and it’s completely mixed. Goes Well With:Cranberry juice

Something I can't live without!
5I've been using this product for a couple of years now and to be totally honest I feel like I can't live without it! I got diagnosed with PCOS 3 years ago and refused to go on medication from the doctors for it and told myself I would deal with this naturally which I do through diet, supplements and exercise. I believe this product helps me stay my best and I also strongly believe it helps with bloating and always keeps my periods as regular as they can be. Goes Well With:squash
