So impressed!
5As someone who has PCOS, I’ve tried everything to regulate my time of the month (only had 1 in 2019!). I’d read that a combination of inositol and folic acid over a period of 6ish months would begin to induce A regular period. Have been doing this since the start of March and have had 3 periods in 4 months, the last two being within 4 weeks of each other for the first time in my almost 29 years. I’m so pleased and really impressed. I usually have this in my afternoon cup of tea tho be wary of how much you use as if you jump straight in at 15-20g it can give you quite an unsettled tummy! Would 100% recommend. Goes Well With:Tea, protein shake, water, squash, etc.

Early days but effective
5I started taking it on Monday...I had read online that it helps with PCOS symptoms and moods as well. On the bag it says to take 3 scoops but I misread it as 8 (oops) so I have been mixing 8 scoops with mint tea once a day. My period has been late for just under a month but it came yesterday (Thursday) and my mood swings improved after just two days...I don't know if it's just a coincidence but I will deffo continue to use this as it seems to be working! It doesn't really have a taste, if anything it just makes my tea slightly sweeter but it's barely noticeable, delivery is quick given the current circumstances and it comes with a mini scoop :)Goes Well With:Only tried with mint tea but I assume it will go well with water/juice/herbal or fruit teas

Amazing for anxiety
5I don’t normally write reviews but thought I should. I had been suffering with anxiety for years and just recently it started to spiral out of control. I had to take time off work, I could barely leave the house without crippling panic attack’s and the doctor gave my anti depressants which were horrendous. I wanted to find a more natural approach. I’d done some online research and heard about the anti anxiety effects of inositol. My protein had a good offer on so I thought ‘why not’. I’m so glad I did. After about 20 mins after my first (small) dose I felt so much better. More relaxed, less negative thoughts. I’ve now been taking this for 3 weeks and I’ve worked my way up to taking 3grams 4 times a day. You should start low as the only side effect for me anyway was copious amounts of wind (ahem). Much to my husbands amusement. It’s now starting to subside buts it’s a small price to pay for feeling the best I’ve felt in years. And when I say the best, i mean I feel ‘normal’ again which is amazing. Sorry it’s such a long review but I love this stuff. Goes Well With:I mix mines with orange squash. It mixes brilliantly.

5This has made a world of difference with my anxiety, I can’t go a day without it now :)Goes Well With:Doesn’t mix well, make it with a shot glass size glass of water and get it over with
