5Brilliant additional to my protein shake. Just add into your protein shaker and milk with your favourite protein powder. This now my daily fuel post workout.

Amazing
5I add these to a shake in the morning with whey powder and egg whites and it’s so easy to blend, you don’t get any bitty bits at the bottom like rolled oats, highly recommended

Vanilla flavour
4I must admit, I've made big mistake buying Vanilla flavour Instant Oats. First of all it is so sickly sweet it's hardly consumable. 2.2 scoops and water to make 700ml shake. Mix well, but is so finely grinded that it's almost like flour. I usually mixing it before leaving to work and 3 hours later all powder it's on the bottom of shaker with water on top and then it's kinda hard to stir it back... Wish I could return it but will have to buy another, unflavoured and mix together so it won't be so sweet... Over all OK but that amount of sweetener....Goes Well With:Water, milk, plant milk.

Decent morning solution
4Perfect for fuelling before early morning sessions, I find solid food difficult to get down first thing so this is perfect and a real time saver. Taste is fine nothing special and the texture is a little odd, I just mix with water for convenience but imagine milk would be better, I usually throw in a tea spoon of honey which helps. Mixes well. Overall would recommend. Goes Well With:Honey

5The vanila oats are very tasty with high nutritional value. I either add this flour to my protein pancakes which makes them exceptionaly fluffy, to my protein shakes for extra calories and as a morning breakfast porridge with milk and fruit. I would say that the ability to blend this can be tricky if making porridge for example, 1 scoop to 1 cup of milk works, any less milk makes it lumpy. Overall, a great product, would repurchase! Goes Well With:milk

Amazing product - InstantOats
5I love these oats. It is a bargain that tastes incredibly good. My favourite breakfast needs to contains a scoop of these oats.

Not as expected but does the job
5I say that as I thought it would be actual oats themselves instead of powder. I recommend instead of putting in a bowl like normal porridge, add a bit of protein powder and blend it. Then drink it. All in all a quick way to have breakfast.Goes Well With:Warm milk Blender Protein powder

The best oats I have tried
5The oats mix really well and do not clump together like similar products I have bought from other suppliers. I use 2 scoops of oats with 1 scoop of whey and mix it with 300ml of water.
