I won't buy again
1I love my protein product but I won't buy this one anymore. The taste is horrendous and it doesn't mixed well.. I love my porridge creamy and it is not creamy at all... It is good to make pancakes

Excellent product
5Unlike standard oats, which need to be dissolved in hot water or grinder in a blader and still remain quite chunky, this goes into any protein shake and disolves in seconds. If you plan to consume with protein powder get the natural taste - it’s really tasty (and naturally so for a change). For all those who buy gainer powders, these are products flooded with simple carbs (whether the label Indicates high sugar content or not, they all have a very high glycemic index so can lead to diabetes and fat generation. The perfect gainer is whey protein with quick oats and a few almonds or nuts on the side optional to get you an almost perfect meal (minus the vitamins), it’s tasty and healthy. I have no idea why people buy these garbage gainer products when it is no work at all to put together a scooop of protein, scoop of oats, change amounts/ratios based on your needs). Leave the products next to each other, add in some creative once a day, consider HMB (proven anti catabolic) and you’re done Goes Well With:Protein powder Nuts Creatine powder HMB

5Very good, easy to cook with or use as a porridge and veg good very shakes, I have another 5kg on orded now! I always buy a bag or have some in ghd kitchen, I highly recommend them as a tasty,ay easy to use, great priced, complex carb source.Goes Well With:Anything you would choose to try them with.

Poor batch
3I have had many orders of instant oats now and I absolutely love it for breakfast. However on this occasion I think I was sent a bad batch. It didn’t mix properly and left me with a very bitty shake. This is not normally the case, I have had 10+ bags of this same product and it is normally very smooth and delicious. Goes Well With:Milk, Water, in a pancake mix

Pretty good
5I’m going to start of this review with saying it is pretty much good for the money and the taste is not too bad I can’t seem to get the right mix of what I prefer it’s over to runny or it is too thick I can’t seem to find an in between I’ve tried adding ready Breck to see if there is a difference but it isn’t the best of tastes so I have started adding a little bit of a wait Gainer chocolate To Make the taste and so far it isn’t that bad ! I’d definitely recommend Iitaliantash Goes Well With:Weight gainer chocolate

Change in formula
4Been using these oats for years and love them but the formula has recently been changed. The oats don't mix as well now and texture is very sandy. Don't know whether this permanent or a bad batch. Would be good to know MP.Goes Well With:Whey Isolate, Whey Concentrate, Nut butters
