Nasty on its own
4Great product when mixed in With shakes but on its own with milk/water tastes awful Goes Well With:Morning/evening shake

Not as good as they used to be
3To be honest, I'm just writing this review in the hopes MyProtein will revert back to the old recipe they used instead of the one I received now. This product used to mix perfectly with whey and water in a shaker bottle, but now feels just to be ground too coarse and doesn't mix as well any more. It's not a bad product by any mean, but it's far from what it used to be.Goes Well With:Whey, water

Change in recipe
3I have been using these oats for over 5 years and they were always great but there now appears to have been a recent change in the recipe which has made these oats less refined. It is does not mix very well which means the texture is very bitty which almost makes it undrinkable. The oats from myprotein were always head and shoulders above other brands but this change has now put them on a par with the competition. Very disappointed! Goes Well With:Nothing now

5Great energy source when your short on time. Found it was the perfect quick hit for getting substance inside you. Have in the morning before the gym or with a small dinner after work when short on time. Goes Well With:Water

Not sure why anything was changed
3Been using this product now for a number of years, both in the morning as breakfast and mixed with protein and creatine post-workout as an effective mass gainer. However, the recent changes are quite difficult to understand. The texture when the oats are mixed is completely different; previously this was quite a smooth and thick drink once mixed, now it seems to have lost that and doesn't mix smoothly. Also the issue with the new packaging; the pocket at the top of the packaging seems far too narrow (especially for the 5kg option). It's now become quick difficult to take out a scoop of oats without spilling from the scoop. Despite this, the product is a fantastic source for weight-gain and recovery and will continue to use in the future.Goes Well With:Strawberry Cream Protein and Creatine post workout

Instant Oats - Awesome
5I love this stuff. Doesn't change the taste of whey protein powder at all and its great at filling me up over breakfast. I find it mixes great if added on top of water rather than oats first as it sticks to the shaker.Goes Well With:Whey protein powder

Great, simple product
5Blended really well; not too strong of a taste when combined with a protein or whatever else you're mixing with, very smooth to drink with either water or milkGoes Well With:Pretty much anything I've tried so far!
