4Not a night/day difference so hard to know how much it's doing, but seems to help with stress and calming down in the evening. Useful pre-workout with caffeine as can take the edge off for those who experience jitteryness and anxiety.Goes Well With:Caffeine, Sleep

Measurement issues
3A little bit difficult to measure 200mg of the powder, equivalent of .2g. No tiny tiny tiny little spoon in pouch 🤔 just had to take a guess. The info at the back wasn't overly helpful! Only recieved yesterday so I have only used once, so can't review product benefits just yet! Goes Well With:I mixed with my coffee this morning!

5I take this every morning and before bed. Seems to help me focus and reduce caffeine jitters in the morning and I sleep a little better. I wouldn’t say it’s there’s a huge effect but it definitely helps so worth it for me. Goes Well With:Tea in the morning and a small glass of water at night

Excellent for sleep
5Helps me get to deep sleep, with half a glass of water before i go bed. Increases deep sleep and reduces fatigue. Although, gives very vivid dreams, where you could even wake up.Goes Well With:L Carnitine

Excellent taste and can really feel the results 30min after taking but mixibility is poor
4Taste with espresso is excellent, results are excellent, after 30min feel much more focused and able to sty focused but its very difficult to mix (it just floats on top).Goes Well With:Espresso

5Use it for sleep and to calm me down. Take 2 scoops and does what it says. Maybe more effective on other people compared to myself.

Nice to chill with
5Works well to counteract caffeine if it gives you the jitters.Relaxes the mind but does not cause sleepiness however if you take before bed you are supposed to go into deep sleep quicker for longer so may help with insomniacs.Tastes ok in water or juice and mixes fine.Goes Well With:Juice/water/sleep
