Pleasantly surprised
4I have tried plent of different types of oats in the past. I have found these to be well balanced, easy to mix and prepare in a couple of mins ready to eat. I add protein power which makes it super for my protein intakeGoes Well With:Protein power or throw in frozen blueberries and cinnamon super yummy

Fantastic Rolled Oats product
5I've been enjoying rolled oats as part of my daily diet, mainly for breakfast and post-workout snacks. They taste great on their own, but I've found that adding Chocolate Whey Protein from MYProtein makes them even better. This is a fantastic product that I highly recommend, and it's also a great value for the price. Chocolate Whey Protein complements rolled oats perfectly. Unfortunately, I've had some issues with MYProtein's delivery service, EVRI. Even when I'm at home, they don't ring the bell and leave parcels on the street.

Morning fill
4Chunky rolled oats, add your protein powder, a few almonds and blueberries and I’m feeling full till dinner time . Great either warm or cold with almond milk . At the moment can still get it in the 5kg bags. Let’s hope this doesn’t change like they’ve done with all the proteins ( smaller bags higher price )Goes Well With:Almond nuts , protein powder, almond milk , blueberries.
