Hormonal Acne blessing ... for now
. My skin has been awful for the past 2 years - I changed my diet, used only soap on my skin and applied peroxide every night before bed, take regular vitamins but nothing really worked! I started taking this with flavoured lemon water and within a week my skin dramatically cleared up! I take 4 tiny scoops (dig deep it’s hard to find as it’s like the feeder spoon for sea monkeys) daily . Only thing I would say is moisturise daily too to keep on top of dryness and hydrate lots :) xxxx Goes Well With:Lemon juice - anything bitter that cancels out the taste of the acid!
