5Works well....could not be impressed more. I was sceptical however I have slept better by taking one a night and I have seen a lot of progress within the last month. It's hard to say if it's this or the whole plan I'm on...but eitherway i have felt better day to day since taking this

Didn’t work for me
2It didn’t work for me. Waste of time. It kept me awake during the night and I was retired and angry in the morning. When I stopped it, I could sleep better straight away. Goes Well With:Water

Anxiety Killer
5Anyone struggling with anxiety and depression should seriously look into purchasing these I’m now onto my 3rd bottle they by no means get rid of the problems but they certainly help I take 3 50mg tabs every nightGoes Well With:Zma
