Great tablet
4Great product, but make sure you drink a lot of water with it. They are on the slightly larger side than your regular paracetamol tablets. Goes Well With:Water and food

perfect for fussy eaters
5I hate flavored pills, these are not. They provide all the nutrients the I would want from a supplement and come in a good quantity for the cost.

5I've been taking these vitamins for almost 3 weeks and I feel great, my energy levels are up. I think they contain everything necessary for an optimal functioning. I really recommend them. 😊Goes Well With:Water

5A very good multivitamin which contains more uncommon ingredients such as, manganese and selenium, whilst also providing full daily doses for the majority of the vitamins and minerals listed.Goes Well With:Omega 3 capsules

Solid supplement
5Have started taking this as a 'fail safe' to make sure i'm consuming appropriate vitamins and minerals every day. It's hard to pin point any noticeably changes. I feel better and have been sleeping better, but that could be down to other diet and lifestyle changes. No harm in taking this as a supplement though.

Multivitamin Tablets
4Started taking these to supplement me during a bulking and cutting period and worked great, kept me feeling on top of my game! Goes Well With:Food definitely eat when taking.
