5I buy this for a family member who struggles to maintain weight and suffers with a lot of muscle pain and cramping even with walking. They’ve been using this and it’s improved their walking distance and the muscle pain that usually follows is rarely a problem now. They find it quite thick to drink so often split a portion through the day having some in their porridge in the morning before a walk and the rest as a milkshake later in the day. It’s helped them maintain a healthier weight alongside a fairly balanced diet and allowed them to resume a mildly active lifestyle.

I miss this shake!!😢
5Ive been using this particular protein powder for a long time, and now I am very disappointed that MyProtein removed it. Ive ordered the new powders and all I can say is that I had to throw them in the bin, thats how sick the new shakes make me🫤 Please bring Advance Weight Gainer back!!!!!!!!!! 😢😢

Way too sweet
2This product is unbelievably sweet. I don't mean it's sweet like sugar, it goes beyond the idea and reality of something being so sweet. Vanilla was the only available flavour unfortunately for this brand of weight gainer and I fully regret my decision against choosing the other weight gainer pouch. I added peanut butter to take the edge off, which did help reduce that super sweet taste but it was still there. It mixes very well where there are minimal to no lumps paired with the smarshake container. Goes Well With:Peanut butter and probably salt. I shall try that next

4Mixes good considering it’s three and a half scoops of powder. Goes Well With:Smoothies to thicken up the shake

Taste is okay will milk or juice
4It's okay with milk or juice in a smoothy but with water it just tastes and feels off. Useful to make a high calorie smoothyGoes Well With:Apple juice and fruit smoothy

5Quality was impeccable. Was extremely useful for my bulk and when I start the bulk again I will be picking some up. 10/10 !Goes Well With:Milk, yoghurt, oats, ice cream
