2I bought this as I need to put weight on but I’m taking 3 a day combined with a work out once a day and to be honest I’m seeing no change in my weight. Going to keep going until I finish the pack but doesn’t work for me unfortunately

Way too sweet. Binned after a week
1Absolutely disgusting, how anyone can drink this is beyond me. Far too sweet. Managed about a week and then I just could not stomach it. Really disappointed. Goes Well With:Water

Chocolate Smooth - Absolutely revolting
1I've purchased a few other products in the Chocolate Smooth flavour, so I figured this would be great. It's not, it's dreadful. Doesn't taste a thing like Chocolate Smooth, and I found it genuinely difficult to drink because of how unpleasant the flavour is. It has a weird crunchy texture and doesn't mix super well. I can't really believe MyProtein actually taste-tested this before releasing it, because it is rancid. I thought this would be a safe buy so I went straight for 5KG bag, and there is no way I will be drinking all of that. If you've had COVID and lost your sense of taste, this is an easy source of calories and will probably work for you. If you do still have a sense of taste, and you're set on buying this, get it in a small size first or go for a sample if you can.Goes Well With:The bin

5I purchased my first mint chip gainer back in may, I weighed 10.4 stone (skinny) since then I’ve been training hard and having an impact whey protein shake everyday too and I’m now 12 stone. As well as taking these shakes your diet has to be right ie protein and carbs intake, but these products have really helped me increase my intake, they definitely work and will be on my shopping list in the future! I’d say the chocolate mint flavour is the best, the smooth chocolate flavour is nice, but the strawberry is way too sweet for me, I mix my shakes with half water and the other half with milk. Brilliant product I’d definitely recommend if you want to gain mass whilst training hard. Goes Well With:Milk and water

5So here’s my honest review now. The gainer blend lasts about a month when taking 3 and a half scoops per day. It’s great if you find it hard to gain weight like me. I’ve gained roughly 7 kg from 3 bags of it. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot but gaining weight is very hard for me. Powerlifting + this blend is a magical potion and I would recommend anybody wanting to put on mass and take action with their body to take this. Taste isn’t great but it’s bearable for the process of getting big. Goes Well With:Milk or water. Haven’t tried it with anything else.

4Love the product. I always went for the vanilla flavour. At first would definitely say it was value for money for the 5kg bag. However with the substantial increase for the 5kg I believe there are alternatives to this.

Recommended, perfect to add in the calories
5Struggle to eat enough throughout my working day, sat at 65kg with 12/13% body fat for many years. Perfect shake to add in those extra calories, was always hesitant that these may make me fat but has worked exactly how I wanted it. I weight train 5-6x per week, begun to add on weight, but mainly a lot of strength. Would recommend trying this out if you want to add extra calories, weight & strength.Goes Well With:Full fat milk with 2x scoops.

Very Effective 5KG in 2 weeks!
5I’ve always struggled to gain weight, decided to try protein shake again and found this product… within 2 weeks I gained 5KG! I only use one scoop and 340ml of milk drink it every night after dinner. I am a tea addict and this shake is perfect, I’ve had cookie cream before and usually would gag and find it hard to down but this is so smooth and easy to drink. Definitely recommend! Goes Well With:Milk
