It really works
5Wow these Gainers are no joke for gaining muscle up. I always have been around 90kg and more but for a year i stopped lifting weights and despite i was eating a lot of proteins and carbs i couldn't stop loosing weight. 4 months after i started training again i was barely adding weight, but gaining power. Then i started to drink Gainer sometimes just to taste it and after some time i started to drink it 30 minutes before workout and I can't describe you how much power and energy this thing gives me, now after like 4 months drinking it i went from like 80 kg to around 95 also i was drinking Impact EAA at almost every wokout and after workout The Whey and not small amount of meat! Goes Well With:it goes very well with The Whey after workout and with Impact EAA during workout!

Pretty decent
5It’s a good powder and I noticed a difference but make sure that you use a lot of water as it doesn’t always mix well. Goes Well With:Multi Vitamins and a Balanced diet

Definitely works
4Been using it for 8 days finally finished the pack, only complaint was I didn’t make it last that long but loved it a lot. Haven’t weighed myself but visibly looks like I’ve gained more muscle which is what I was aiming for.Goes Well With:Water, milk, and I know this one will sound weird but tried it with a slushie from an offies when it was hot and it still worked

The only thing that’s ever worked for me!
5This is the best thing I’ve ever bought. For years I’ve been so worried and ashamed of my body for being underweight no matter how much I eat! BUT THIS!!! I don’t have the shakes all the time but I’ve gained 3 stone in almost a year! It’s been gradual but healthy! I get compliments all the time on how well and healthy I’m looking and it makes me feel amazing! Only criticism I have for this is it’s slightly too sweet but once you continue with it you’ll get used to it! Goes Well With:I use blue top milk which tastes and thickens the best! Although I was extremely shocked when I tried it with water one time and it was still thick and creamy!

Way too sweet
1This powder was the easiest mix I have ever done but that doesn't make up for a ridiculously sweet and horrible taste for a shake. Not going for milk tea again.

Too Sweet!
3I have purchased extreme gainer blend before and satisfied with the results from it. I hadn’t tasted the strawberry flavour before so gave it a shot and have to say it’s is far too sweet! Only just about manage to drink it on its own with milk so it’s a bit more like a milkshake, as with water, it’s too sickly it’s basically sugar water! It’s a disappointing taste too if you try blending it with other fruit and veg.

Very, very good product. Use if you’re skinny
5So I picked this powder up about 5kg into my weight gain journey. It took me months to gain those 5kg through stuffing my face with food and working out, but I’ve had this powder for a week and have already put on a kilo from last week. Admittedly my eating has also stepped up this week but the powder has helped me for sure. I have two a day: 3 scoops of powder, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, one scoop of Nutella and 400ml of whole milk with a little water to thin it out. This takes it to roughly 950 cal per shake which is extremely helpful when supplementing with high carb, high protein meals. Don’t use as a meal replacement or you won’t get the results you want. I got the strawberry cream flavour, which tastes fine with the other stuff. It’s a little sweet but it’s stuffed with carbs and mixes really well, so I would recommend this flavour tooGoes Well With:Milk Peanut butter Chocolate spread

Brilliant
5I've been struggling for a long time getting enough calories in my diet. I know, the struggle is real. This blend is brilliant for me. Delicious flavour, sweet but not sickly. I started with chocolate, I'm not even halfway through the bag and now I have strawberry. It's great mixing the flavours up.Goes Well With:Whole milk. Gotta get those extra calories in

Formula change
4I’m loyal to this product purchase every month but strangely this month the protein arrived with brown looking flakes throughout the powder and once fused with milk or water it doesn’t dissolve so it’s like bits throughout the milkshake which isn’t nice at all. Strawberries & cream is the flavour btw.Goes Well With:Protein milk vanilla
