Extreme weight gainer
4STRAWBERRY CREAM FLAVOUR!! This is by far the best protein shake Iv tasted, I get the sickly feeling very easily and I stopped taking shakes because I hated the sickly feeling, I took a risk and thought I’ll try this.. not going to lie, that’s the best decision I’ve made, it tastes amazing, definitely buying from here, if your thinking of buying, just grab it, it’s quality.. results iv not seen just yet but that is because Iv had it for a week, but taste wise, it’s perfect.Goes Well With:Blue, Whole milk. Just add two scoops, mix, then add the third, mix again, the more you shake, the less thicker it gets. Tastes unbelievable.

Chocolate smooth new and improved tastes horrible
3I bought it hoping for it to taste nice but when i got it it tasted like the medicine you would be given as a child when you were ill. The taste is far too sweet and makes it ver hard to drink and i couldn't even finish my first shake. Wont be buying this again.

Great Gainer
5This review is more of a fact checker for other reviews complaining. This is a gainer. It's full of carbs. You request a flavour in something that's full of carbs it's going to taste sweet. It's unavoidable. My advice? Buy the unflavoured one. Then it's not so sweet and you also don't get stuck with a flavour you might not like. It also allows you to mix with different things creating different flavours to switch is up and add more calories. I add a banana, peanut butter, honey, a spray of nesquik, flax seeds, chia seeds and a dollop of natural yoghurt with soya milk. This takes it from 450kcal to 850kcal and also the flavour is really nice. It is very effective. Using a calorie counter I just couldn't reach a calorie intake in a day to gain weight. Having this shake allows me to go over the threshold along with the protein, mineral and vitamins that comes with it. With this shake I'm averaging 1lb gain per week. Just keep in mind this shouldn't be used as a meal substitute. It's in addition to. Ensure to drink this when there is a big gap between meals. I was having it immediately after the gym and it would fill me up so I wouldn't have any dinner that night which is counter intuitive. Now I mix it in a morning, have my breakfast first and then drink it leaving a few hours between breakfast and lunch. As others have mentioned. Add the scoops one at a time and mix. Normally need to add more liquid. Goes Well With:Bananas, peanut butter (unflavoured)

3½ scoops?
4I just received my Extreme Gainer Blend protein yesterday and used it after weight training last night. I added 3 full scoops and a half in to water but it was SO thick!! Is this right? Also, I have purchased the Multivitamins from MP and was wondering if I can take those and the Extreme Gainer together as they both have magnesium and such in? Call me dumb if that is a dumb question. Only used once, so hoping it bulks me up a bit. Tia! Goes Well With:Water

5Absolutely love the stuff, mint choc tastes great. Delivery was great too.Goes Well With:I mix mainly with milt a tiny bit of water.
