smells and tatses like body odur
1review order quickly as usual . ordered tropical BCAA drink. mixed a drink as suggested with 1 scoop and immediately you could smell it did not smell like a tropical drink but smells just like human sweat.i even tasted it and it tasted the same absolutely disgusting. I shook the bag and made another drink to find exactly the same foul smell and taste. contacted customer services who ensure me this is absolutely fine.DO NOT ORDER THIS.Goes Well With:20 hours shift in a sauna

If you can tolerate the side effects
1Chocolate smooth Extreme gainer blend - 5kg bag This mixer works. I did put on a lot of mass, fast. It mixes really well with a handheld blender, with very few (if any) clumps. I mixed it with a bit of peanut butter to give it more calories. Mixability and effectiveness - 10/10. I had chocolate smooth, which tastes a bit like drinking a concentrated solution of marshmellows, glace cherries and sugar. It was overpoweringly, sickeningly sweet. I did regret choosing the flavour after the first shake, but I tolerated it and ended up getting through about 60% of the bag. Like I said, it does help you put on mass. But the side effects - it's taken 8 weeks for my bowel to return to normal. The side effects were honestly horrific. I ended up lobbing the rest away, and for this reason, I wouldn't recommend this product to my worst enemy. Goes Well With:Peanut butter

Beast
5This gainer is a beast! No brainer for me - high protein, creatine and extra calories. I've always struggled to put on weight and put 4lbs on in 3 weeks training 4-5 times per week. It's an all in one and saved buying separate creatine so isn't too expensive. Mixes a lot better than many big name brands I've tried and doesn't taste of lumpy oats! Goes Well With:Extra large mixer

Awful taste but it works
3Chocolate Smooth tastes awful. It does not taste like chocolate in my opinion. It mixes fairly well and seems pretty effective. If it weren't for the awful taste I would have given it a higher rating.

Excellent
5This Extreme Gainer has been fantastic for me. As someone who is trying to eat around 3200 calories a day, being able to drink almost 500 of those in a matter of minutes has been a godsend. I prefer unflavoured protein shake, and this unflavoured Extreme Gainer is just as pleasant to drink. Mixes fine with water, I haven't tried milk. This product has helped me achieve my calorie and protein goals, and as a result I'm seeing excellent changes in my body. Thanks!Goes Well With:Water.

Great - too much sugar

Great for us skinny folk
4I have always struggled to gain weight I'm naturally skinny and struggle to eat enough calories throughout the day. This shake makes it so much easier. Great taste I went for vanilla and it's probably the nicest shake I've ever had. It doesn't mix particularly well but I'm okay with lumpy bits. Definitely add milk/water in stages to help it mix better.

First time trying Milk Tea
5First time I ordered the milk tea as I was looking for an alternative from the chocolate mix. I wasn't sure what it would taste like but I am extremely happy with the purchase. Milk tea does seem to mix very well with little lumps forming. The after taste is a big thing for me and I would describe it as tasting a bit like a lemon sponge cake. I take these shakes twice a day and I'm able to gain about 0.5kg a week combined with a suitable design. I would definitely recommend trying this flavour as it definitely is one of the better ones. Maybe a coffee blend could be added in the future as well?

The extreme
5Extreme gainer is by far the best! compared to the whey protein, and have increasingly put on weight with this protein! i started off as 7 stone to now being over 9 stone. I deffo stand by the Vanilla, the strawberry cream tastes to artificial and not my type of taste, but i always mix with fat (blue bottled-milk&banana&my protein peanut butter to add on the extra, every single night. I now have to split the shakes due to the increased weight and a shake every other day because how much im gaining! so dont over due it!Goes Well With:Fat milk&banana&my protein peanut butter and blend in a smoothie maker.
