Good stuff
4Gained about 6lbs in 6 weeks using this stuff, along with a a decent nutrition plan. Good returns that! Had chocolate flavour which was quite nice (4*), strawberry which was average (3*), and choc mint which is lovely (5*). Goes Well With:500ml semi skimmed milk

Extreme Weight gainer Milk tea
4I gained just under 20kg with the original weight gainer and now I’m trying the extreme gainer. It works well if you need to increase calorie intake and don’t have enough money to buy lots more of food. I love this weight gainer and would recommend to anyone trying to gain weight Goes Well With:700ml water

Best weight gainer!!
5Been using this for a couple months now and it’s helped me put an extra bit of weight on that was needed not 100% sure how much but about 2 stone approximately Goes Well With:Goes very well with milk but goes even better with water....drinking with milk will probably help out the weight on twice as quick but water is easier to get down your gullet FYI

Maintain gains through lockdown
5I've switched from the All-in-one blend to this during lockdown and have found the increased carbs has helped maintain muscle mass. Tastes great, would recommend vanilla.Goes Well With:Any plant milk or water

Vanilla 2.5kg
4+ Great blend, mixes well with both milk and water. The protein to £ ratio is one of the best available. 100% confirmation this product assisted my return to weight lifting & weight gain. -Tastes great but became sickly so needed to swap to a different flavourGoes Well With:Peanut butter, ice cream, rolled oats, double cream.

Is working well
5Tastes fairly nice for a high protein, high carb drink, it gets slightly sickly towards the end of the drink but is drinkable. Goes Well With:Full fat milk

Sweet boost of energy
4I’ve been using this for nearly two months and I haven’t seen much difference in weight. However does give me a quick boost of energy after a workout or run. It has a sweet taste (very similar to McDonald’s strawberry milkshake). I blend mine with fresh fruits such as blueberry and banana.

Excellent
5I find the taste excellent and also it's not chalky at all and starting to see good results, very happy with this.Goes Well With:I add a scoop to my morning fruit smoothies and it has improved the taste !!!

This protein is great!
5I’ve been taking extreme gainer for just over a year. I wish I took this since the beginning of my gym life because I was just taking standard whey protein after a hard sweaty tiring workout every night and over the 8 months of consuming it I didn’t notice much growth. This stuff is really really good for growth of muscles and you will notice vast improvements to your size. Even on a day off gym I’ll drink one just to keep the levels of intake the same as a usual day. I’ve literally doubled in size since taking this stuff so I highly recommend this if you’re aiming to get bigger. I have 3.5/4 scoops of this in a 700ml shaker with water. Sometimes I use almond milk. I tend to drink it straight after a gym session or workout at home. Ill most likely stick to purchasing this product because the flavours are great. Vanilla is the one I use the most but sometimes go for strawberry. I’d recommend stirring with a fork for a good couple of minutes and making sure all the lumps are gone and it’s stirred well before you shake it for about 20 seconds. Goes Well With:Water or almond milk.
