5I got much more then I could of got in a super store so that's great An I'm already seeing results. Could of come with a spoon to messure how much I'm putting in but my scales work just aswell apart from that I will be buying it again.Goes Well With:Milk haha

5lovely taste and noticed my weight has improved, even though I bought a shaker this sometimes hard to mix,that's a workout in itself, but overall a great product..Goes Well With:milk and ice cream

No change at all
3I’m drinking 3½ scoops of it every morning with milk but it’s after almost over a month I don’t see any changes to my weight.

Milk tea
5So Milk tea is Nasty. I though I'd try Milk Tea as I've done, vanilla, chocolate, mint choc and I'm wishing I hadn't. The product itself is great, I use it as a daily top up to help me hit the 3.3k calories I need, 3 scoops in a shaker with 350ml of water and a little effort and it's ready, most of the time it mixes really well very minimal lumps. If this came in Banana flavour it would be even better. Goes Well With:Water or milk

I'm no longer skinny
4Thanks to this and eating more along side a healthy diet and right nutrition I have gained a stone in 3 months , from being able to put on nothing. Goes Well With:Bananas, peanut butter , blue berries , oats , honey, Apple ( what I usually add to my protein shake

Effective
4Easy way to hit your carb/protein targets for the day, easy liquid calories for when you aren’t hungry. Need to ask extra milk/water than suggested as can be very thick and taste worse. Overall a sweet product Goes Well With:Large protein shaker and THE pre-workout

5I got this product to gain size and muscle mass and it has most defiantly helped me do that! I am feeling bigger and stronger than ever!! Defiantly worth itGoes Well With:White protein spread, almond milk and ice

Chocolate smooth flavour
5This is my third order of this product - I got the chocolate flavour. Pros: It mixes well in a standard shaker. Just add the water before the powder. I've noticed much stronger pumps in the gym after taking this product before working out. It's probably due to the carbs. It's perfect for supplementing an already solid bulking diet and makes it incredibly easy to get a few thousand kcals in without feeling full. Don't make the mistake of thinking that you can just drink this all day and actually make gains if you lack the foundation of a solid diet though. Eat big to get big. Cons: Sweetness - this is super sweet. Will probs make you gag and avoid drinking it. The solution? Mix it with decaffeinated coffee - this will neutralise the sweetness and is what I do every time otherwise I won't be able to stomach the sweetness. ps. I use decaff coffee because I don't take caffeine, however you can always use standard coffee. Happy bulking! We're all gonna make it brahs that's it! Goes Well With:coffee - to neutralise sweetness A solid bulking diet.

TASTES BAD
1So I read all of the reviews on this as I’m a very skinny (and slightly underweight) 22 y/o woman & this said it created wonderful results. I wanted to go for Banana flavour but sadly didn’t have that option. I opted for “Smooth Chocolate” as I thought that was the safest option....NO. I’m absolutely devastated as I was so excited to receive this and start drinking it. The taste as absolutely unbearable. It recommends 3 & a half scoops!!!! I’m sorry but I did it with 3 at first and wanted to throw up it was so vile. Then mixed up a new one with 1 scoop only. It was still disgusting but a lot more bearable. I still can’t drink it though. You really should have a policy where if you cannot stand the flavour you can swap for another one of your choice. Extremely disappointed Goes Well With:Slightly better with milk.
