Good but sweet
4Good value in sale, mixes well, good profile, too sweet tasting for me though. But get it down! I have one pre workout in morning to replace brekkie, bit of a fasted train with just this shake to replace overnight losses and feed for the workout. Goes Well With:Water

Disappointed
1This product just made me ill. I’ve used Advanced Weight Gainer for years and it’s given great results. As it wasn’t available I tried this instead. Made me so ill I actually lost weight. I just hope they start stocking Advanced Weight Gainer again or I’ll be getting my products somewhere elseGoes Well With:Stomach cramps and sickness

Great supplement but tastes is almost untolerable, yet to find a good flavour
3So far have tried chocolate smooth and strawberry cream, both leave an unpleasant after-taste, yet to find a good flavor if it exists. Other than the taste, has a good mix of ingredients: Creatine - this was a main selling point for me, I cba to craft protein cocktails daily from a dozen ingredients like some people do. Carbs - not too many, but enough to use the shake as a pre-workout snack - as I often get lightheaded when my blood sugar drops, this strategy solved that for me.Goes Well With:I wouldn't say goes well, but is tolerable for me with: 2 part unsweetened almond milk, 1 part espresso shot

It's perfectly servicable for what it aims to achieve, but taste could be better
4I've been using this for about 13 years, since it was Hurricane XS, and it hasn't really changed at all in that time. It's a good combination of carbs, protein, creatine and HMB and is a perfectly serviceable all-in-one supplement. Taste really could be improved though, the aftertaste is unpleasant and mixability is really grainy and leaves behind a cloudy, granular deposit even after a good shaking. It does the job, and it's not so bad tasting as to stop me buying it, however there are options from other brands that taste and mix better. I generally buy this option when it's sufficiently on sale. Goes Well With:Milk

4Good overall product and mixes well with water. It needs to be used properly to see the gains (i.e., take at lunchtime and after training to see gains). Would recommend but at sales price.Goes Well With:Water
