5Capsules are easy to swallow. 100% does what it claims to, helped me with sleep during my exam period and definitely knocks down body level cortisol. I haven’t taken this as a gym supplement more a life supplement over exam period. There’s no point in taking this if you’re not in a stressful period of time.

Too early for full results
4I've only been taking these for a week or so and I have noticed that I am much more relaxed and don't worry too much about things. This is already good enough for me but I'm also intrigued to see what else these tablets will provide for me. Also make sure you don't swallow the plastic, open the tube and empty the powder into a drink or food.Goes Well With:Water

4i like ashwaganda because it helps me feel strong and helps me bench and row with out feeling week on out of energy so i like this product and i will keep buying it in the futureGoes Well With:i dont consume it with anything
