Very good pills
5It’s my first time trying this, and I found it very useful, It definitely increases my strength and it doesn’t really taste of anything. I began to see results after just one week. Goes Well With:Warm glass of milk

Disappointing....
2Very poor as a supplement. I used Cordyceps Sinensis for a month, it felt gr8 for workout pumps, test boosts and energy levels. I only decided to try out Ashwagandha and after about a week of use, I'm full of regrets, I've been using Myprotein supplements for a good number of years now and sad to say, this is the first time I feel this regret about any of their products. This product did nothing for me, no test boosts, no gym pumps, no extra energy, no stress relief, no sleep gains. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unfortunately.

Pretty good
4These capsules are pretty good but I would prefer a smaller version with a slightly lower dosage. They do the job well , I felt better and I didnt feel stressed during my exams. Overall, a great product :)
