Amazing product
5Ashwaganda is amazing has improved my sleep and reduced anxiety and I overall fell so much better since starting to take ashwaganda

5can focus alot better and go to sleep straight away, don't think its placebo because its been afew weeks now, haven't seen much gym progress from this alone but has helped sleep alot. would recommend Goes Well With:water

Ashwaganda is super good :D
4Been on a cycle of Ash for about 3 weeks now and I've definetly noticed a massive improvement to my mood and its helped my confidence and social ability with new people :). Along with that I can vouch for the libido increase and the rest of the health benefits which come with, although haven't noticed any of the downsides with short term usage anyway. 10/10 recommend >:D
