Mixed berry
These are great for when running low on energy before the gym. Perfect amount and relatively easy to drink. Mixed berry flavour does taste a little powdery so will try a different flavour next time. Wish there were more sample size flavours instead of ordering full cases

The drink had a very nice flavor but it lacked mixability and wasnt that effective in the gym. I didnt feel a pump or a surge in energy after using.
