Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fibre and popular weight-loss ingredient— providing powerful support to help you achieve your weight-loss goals2.
While chromium helps the body to metabolise3 the macronutrients protein, carbs, and fat — ensuring you’re making the most of your everyday diet. Plus, chromium also helps maintain normal blood glucose levels4 – that’s essential for your long-term health.
What does Breakfast Smoothie taste like?
Our Breakfast Smoothie is available in three of our favourite fruity flavour combinations — Blueberry and Apple, Mango and Passionfruit and Strawberry and Banana. And, if that wasn’t sweet enough, they’re made with real fruits, to pack a tasty punch.
1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
2. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet.
3. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
4. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

Tasty and Easy
Love the taste. Have had the strawberry and banana and the orange, mango and pineapple and both are so tasty. Easy to make and with the shaker bottle, there are no powder lumps. I think it's a great start to my morning

Great taste and very useful for a calorie deficit
Great calories and macros with a good amount of protein. Easy to mix and easy to drink, and goes well with additional fruit mixed in for even better taste Goes Well With:Cereal, pancakes, toast, etc.

Mango and passion fruit

Breakfast smoothie
I bought this hoping it would keep me going whilst mid morning as I start work at 5am and I can’t face food at that time, well it went above my expectations, it’s tastes great, easy to mix, literally 3 minutes to make, and keeps me going till dinner time, would be good if there was a choice of different flavours.

Delicious taste and kept me full!
I struggle to eat breakfast most days, so needed something easy that would fill me. I was sceptical of this [strawberry and banana] smoothie mix, as I assumed it wouldn't fill me but the protein in it definitely does! Yay! I use it with oat milk and it tastes delicious, they recommend to use 1 scoop and a half (40g), but I'm lazy so I measured how much the scoop filled completely to the top is and it was 40g so I do that instead! I bought the mini protein shaker at the same time and it mixed perfectly in there. I found the taste strong enough that I added another 100ml just to ensure I kept full but I don't think I'll need to do that in future 😅 It has a slight gritty texture but I didn't expect it to be fully smooth with just milk and powder. Amazing so far!Goes Well With:Oat milk

So tasty and filling
I really find this smoothie very filling, it’s great for my weight loss, I have it for lunch it keeps me going all day. It’s low calories and has been really effective for me. The blueberry and apple flavour is delicious and doesn’t have that fake sweet taste I find difficult in some protein shakes. I’m sad because it’s out of stock and I really need it back in stock! Goes Well With:I have it with half water and half milk

Would definitely recommend
I was told by a family member about the smoothie and thought no way can this be true, but I brought it and it is absolutely amazing it’s full of flavour and keeps me full until lunch time, I make mine with water and it mixes lovely and thick it’s easy to make and delicious. I would recommend this over and over again .
