Take 2 capsules daily — they’re great in the morning, or 45-60 minutes before exercising for an energising caffeine kick.2

These are ideal for pre-workout, but you should finish your training session with a shake of our Impact Whey Protein to provide your muscles with 21g of protein, 4.5g of BCAAs and 3.6g of glutamine per serving.
