Second time purchasing
5Bought these over a year ago and fell pregnant so I had to start taking other vitamins but as soon as I could take these again I went right away and purchased them. I suffer with bad teeth and find these really help me feel better about what I can do to help my teeth and make me feel better.

Magnesium and zinc

Bad side effects
2The ingredients are magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate which both caused me to have bad side effects like diarrhea.

Buy a pill cutter…
3Pill cutter required or your body is not likely to break down the film the pills are coated in. I p00p these out whole…. I now break these into 4 pieces with a cheap Amazon cutter. Haven’t had issues since. I wouldn’t smash up and mix with water as they’re hydrophobic haha…
