5Great product. Obviously it has no taste as it is a vitamin to be taken with water. As a non dairy consumer, this has been a great supplement for me to ensure that I get enough calcium & magnesium into my diet alongside my balanced diet. Goes Well With:A balanced diet

May be hard to swallow
4I was anxious about the size of these tablets after reading previous reviews and although the tablets are big I find they go down easily enough. I've found them very beneficial, after 3weeks of taking. I'll definitely be sticking with them. Goes Well With:Water
