No more aching knees

I was recommended these by a bodybuilder friend after I mentioned that my knees were aching during my runs. Can’t recall how long it was before I noticed the improvements (well within a month) however I’m now on my second pot as I didn’t want to chance the aches coming back. I’m a 47 year old female with rheumatoid arthritis and cover about 35 miles a week running and walking so it’s important that I’m taking care of my joints as much as I can
