Brilliant fitness aid
5Started my slimming journey in January and since lost 3 stone and 7lb. I was taking these from the start and didn’t replenish my stock after using and during the two weeks of not using I noticed the scales stayed the same, re ordered and I’m losing again. I do a calorie deficit, 15-20k steps and weight training along with these supplements. They help with my bloating and really assist push past barriers.

Work Well
5I've been taking two a day in conjunction with Omega 3 and Alpha Male Multi Vit's. In combination with a balanced diet and regular work outs I have consistently been dropping weight and body fat over the last 2-3 months. Don't expect miracles from these alone but when used in combination with a good diet and a solid workout plan they work well

What on earth happened to these?
4OK, so I have ordered this for several years now and find them to be quite effective. However, this month the latest batch taste absolutely horrific - something major has changed and the quality is awful. What happened?!

Results can happen with work
4I bought CLA after reading it can assist with weight loss in women going through menopause. I'm not keen on hormones etc. so thought I would give them a try. Like most supplements there is no miracle unless you put in the hard work. I would say that until I stepped up my workouts I wasn't seeing any difference. In the last month I have intensified what I do and feel at last results are showing. I had read in previous reviews that making sure you workout to a reasonable effort would see differences. I had to be honest with myself and really look at my regime and change what I did. I have just reordered CLA as it definitely has some mileage.Goes Well With:I did use this with the Green Tea extract supplement as I had read other reviews that it sits well alongside CLA. But I am not sure this had any benefits for me.

Love this product
5I've been taking CLA as part of my new healthly lifestyle to lose weight and they are brilliant. I take the CLA with the Green tea extract plus tablets along with a healthy diet and exercise and the weight is coming off me alot quicker than when I was doing it without them. I also have the whey protein shake after workouts. I would definitely recommend these as part of a healthy diet if you need that extra boostGoes Well With:Green tea extract plus tablets

3CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) is just the fatty acid that's in Omega-6. For some reason, sports supplement sites prefer to refer to the more 'scientific' name. Conversely, health food shops prefer the more 'natural'-sounding name of fish oils or Omega-(x), but even they often label their capsules as having (x)mg of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic acid) or (x)mg of DHA (Docosahexaenoic acid). But CLA, EPA, and DHA, are just fatty acids. You can't really gauge the benefit of taking any fatty acid in 30 days, and, in the same way you won't suddenly notice a difference to your body if you suddenly started taking an Omega-3 supplement, you probably notice much difference by taking a CLA supplement.
